Keep Getting

For those looking to improve.


In my opinion the first thing you should  do is figure out what do you desire to improve.  Do you want to improve your health? Is it your relationship, your financial situation or are you just not feeling like you are living up to your potential?  Take some time to figure it out.  Once you do that you can begin.

Don’t worry about being perfect, just keep getting better.


There will be more articles to come but here are just a few examples:

1)   If you want to get healthier.  Start by walking more.  Get a tracker and monitor how many steps you take a day and strive to do more today than you did yesterday.

2)Start an exercise routine.

3)If there is something you wanted to learn.  Pick up a book on the topic.  I find reading an excellent method for improving oneself.

4) Just start doing something that you always wanted to do and try to get good at it.   I am getting back into photography.  I decided to use my own photos for this website

5) If you know of someone doing what it is you want to do.  Find ways to learn from them.  You would be surprised to find that many successful people love sharing their knowledge

6) Improve daily just by thinking about what you want to accomplish tomorrow.  At the same time try to enjoy part of today if possible.
